Returns, Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Policy
Once a rental booking is confirmed, cancellation is not permitted under any circumstances. No cancellation amount, rental payment, booking amount, or other amount paid by the customer will be refunded.
2. Security Deposit Refund
The security deposit is refundable after the rental is completed and the rented product is returned in satisfactory condition, subject to applicable deductions for damage, missing accessories, unpaid dues, or other charges under the rental agreement. Eligible security deposits will be refunded within one working day after the return and required verification are completed.
3. Lock-in Period
A lock-in period is mandatory for every rental booking and must be selected before booking. Generally, a shorter lock-in period may have a higher rental price, while a longer lock-in period may offer a lower rental price.
4. Early Termination
If the customer returns the product or terminates the rental before completing the agreed lock-in period, the security deposit will be non-refundable, as agreed at the time of booking. The customer may also remain responsible for other applicable charges under the rental agreement.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If a product is delivered damaged or develops an operational issue, the customer should contact Eazyrentals support promptly. Depending on the circumstances, Eazyrentals may arrange inspection, repair, or replacement.
6. Product Return Condition
Rented products must be returned with applicable accessories and in reasonable condition, allowing for normal wear and tear. Charges may apply for damage caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, missing accessories, or damage beyond normal wear and tear.
7. Refunds Other Than Security Deposit
No refund will be provided for rental payments, booking amounts, or other amounts paid by the customer due to cancellation, as cancellation is not permitted after booking.
